Loved this. All of the recipes I’ve made from this site have been outstanding, but this one….the word outstanding doesn’t do it justice. This is usually done with heavy cream, but I like to use coconut milk instead; the subtle sweetness it provides works beautifully with the spices in the dish. Same for me! Very satisfying over rice.
